Can I play if I am under 18?
No. According to the rules of service, as well as the legislation of most countries, betting entrants must be 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 years old. If we have information or suspect that you are under 18 years old, your account will be suspended until you reach the age of 18 or confirm that you are over 18 years old.
What are the limitations on countries that can participate?
We do not provide services to citizens of the following countries:

Can I open and use more than one account?
No. According to the rules of service, you can create and use only one account. In case you have registered more than one account, all your accounts will be closed. We do not guarantee a refund or withdrawal of winnings in the case of multi-accounting.
Can I use my friend's or relative's card to make a deposit?
No. According to the rules of service, you can make a deposit only with the account or card which is issued in your name. If you make a deposit with your friend's or relative's card, your bets and bonuses will be canceled and the deposit will be refunded with the deduction of bank charges.
Why is my withdrawal to DragonPay delayed?
DragonPay employees process all payments from 13:00 to 18:00 (GMT+5) only. If the withdrawal is approved on our end before 13:00 (GMT+5), it will be processed by DragonPay on the same day, and if it is approved later - on the next day. Please note that DragonPay does not process the withdrawals on weekends or local holidays.
Why are there so few options for withdrawal?
Under the generally accepted anti-money-laundering policy, withdrawals may be made only through the payment method used for the deposit. Other withdrawal options will appear on the list when you make a deposit using those payment methods.
Why is my withdrawal delayed?

Why was my withdrawal canceled?
You probably placed some large bets after you requested the withdrawal. If you request a withdrawal and then make a bet for an amount exceeding your account balance, your withdrawal gets automatically canceled to allow you to make the bet. Don't worry, you can withdraw the funds again at any time.
Do I need to upload any documents?
In accordance with the laws and regulations of payment systems regarding the withdrawal of funds, you will need to provide proof of identity (ID card or passport photo). In case of a deposit using a credit or debit card, it is also necessary to provide a photo of the card with the first 6 and the last 4 digits visible and the middle 6 digits covered.
Why does the website not have a specific match?
Match coverage depends on the level of a tournament and the involved teams. The higher the level of the tournament and teams that take part in it, the more likely it is that this match will be on our website. All matches usually appear 2-3 hours before the start of the event.
Can I withdraw skins instead of money?
You can replenish your account by using the quick sell function for CSGO and Dota 2 items. By doing that, you sell your skins for money instead of making a deposit with them. Thus, you cannot withdraw skins, but you can withdraw money.
Are there any withdrawal commissions?
There are no withdrawal commissions if you roll over the deposit at least one time before withdrawing.
The outcome of the bet is already known, but there is no payout. What do I do?
All bets are handled by a team of traders and sometimes there might be a delay. In case of a win not being credited within 15 minutes after the event ended, please contact customer support via the chat and provide the bet number.
