TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By participating in the promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the promotion rules.
2. The promotion is to be held from 12:00 AM, UTC on January 4, 2021 to 11:59 PM, UTC on April 4, 2021.
3. The winners are determined by the number of accumulated experience points (XP), which are calculated for the qualifying bets using the following formula:
   XP = Bet amount x odds.
4. Qualifying bets are either single or combo bets in any currency with odds from 1.30 to 50 placed at LOOT.BET or its mirrors. To calculate the XP, the Euro equivalent of the bet value is used.
5. The leaders who have the most XP for the period of the promotion are displayed in a ranking in decreasing order of XP gained. The ranking is updated daily at around 12:00 PM, UTC.
6. Competitors participate in two rankings simultaneously:
   • Weekly - the results are summed up every week.
   • Ultimate - the results will be announced at the end of the promotion.
7. The weekly ranking is divided into three stages, which will replace each other depending on the significance of the events that take place during the promotion period:
   • Rare Week
   • Epic Week
   • Legendary Week

   The more eventful the week, the higher its rank. The weekly prize pool that is divided among players depends on this rank. LOOT.BET assigns weeks within the framework of this contest at its discretion.

8. The weekly ranking gets updated every Monday at around 12:00 PM, UTC.
9. The results of the Ultimate (quarterly) ranking will be revealed on the promotion page at 12:00 PM, UTC on April 5, 2021.

12. The rewards will be credited to winners' accounts within 48 hours after the announcement of the winners of the weekly/ultimate ranking.
13. Rewards for winning the weekly/ultimate rankings are credited to the participant's account in the form of a cash prize or a free bet.
    1. Cash prizes are credited to the bonus balance. In order to transfer funds from the bonus balance to the real one, you need to roll over the amount of the cash prize x1 time (using bonus balance) making either single or combo esports bets.
    2. Winnings from free bet are credited to the bonus balance. In order to transfer funds from the bonus balance to the real one, you need to roll over the sum of the winnings х3 (using bonus balance) making either single or combo esports bets.
    3. Bonus funds are credited in the currency used by the promotion participant, taking into account the exchange rate at the time the winners were announced.
14. LOOT.BET may change, cancel, renew or deny a player from taking part in the competition without any prior warning at any given time.
15. LOOT.BET holds the right to analyze the transaction data and data on user’s website visits at any time. If a verification will show that a user is playing according to a strategy that is considered by LOOT.BET as fraudulent (by service’s discretion), then LOOT.BET holds the right to deny a user from taking part in the competition.
16. LOOT.BET reserves the right to request additional documents from the user in order to comply with KYC and AML legal requirements. If the user fails to provide the requested data, LOOT.BET reserves the right to refuse the user the right to participate in the promotion.
