Why are there so few options for withdrawal?
Under the generally accepted anti-money-laundering policy, withdrawals may be made only through the payment method used for the deposit. Other withdrawal options will appear on the list when you make a deposit using those payment methods.
Why is my withdrawal delayed?
After you request a withdrawal, it is verified by our team. This verification is usually done on the same day, but sometimes can take up to 72 hours. If any problems arise regarding a withdrawal, we will contact the user.
Do I need to upload any documents?

Why does the website not have a specific match?
Match coverage depends on the level of a tournament and the involved teams. The higher the level of the tournament and teams that take part in it, the more likely it is that this match will be on our website. All matches usually appear 2-3 hours before the start of the event.
How do I withdraw my bonus money on a LOOT bonus?
To withdraw bonus money, you need to convert them into real money. To do this you have to make any number of single bets at odds of 1.9 and above for the total amount of 10x(deposit+bonus), i.e. 10 times more the amount of bonus and deposit. If you make 20 bets equaling the amount of your bonus and the odds for every bet you place is more than 1.9 and bets are not canceled, then the wagering requirements are met. You can make 40 bets worth the half of the bonus with the same odds, and so on.
If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, all your bonus money and bonus winnings will be withheld from your account.
A specific amount of time is given for bonus wagering: for LOOT bonus, it is 180 days. If you do not meet the bonus wagering requirements by the end of this period, all bonus money and winnings which were received during the time the bonus was active will also be written off from your account.
Can I withdraw skins instead of money?

All bets are handled by a team of traders and sometimes there might be a delay. In the case of a win not being credited within 15 minutes after the event ended, please contact customer support via the chat and provide the bet number.

You can use these and many other payment systems to top up your Skrill or Neteller account and then make a deposit on Loot.Bet.
I have made a deposit with a Maestro card. The money was debited from the card but I did not receive it on my Loot.Bet account.
Maestro system does not instantly send information about successful payments, unlike other payment methods. Maestro can take up to a couple days to register in the system. In such cases, we ask that you use the support chat (in the lower-righthand corner of the screen) and provide the following payment information: the first 6 and the last 4 digits of card number, transaction amount and date of the transaction. We will then credit the money manually.
